ICMP-Chat is an encrypted console-based chat
program that uses ICMP packets to communicate.
ICMP-Chat uses Blowfish for encryption. It is a
peer-to-peer chat program that enables you to hide
your chat and chat through certain firewalls which
allow ICMP traffic.
