web-cyradm is a Web-based tool to admin the Cyrus

Support for crypted passwords (MySQL passwd and shadow compatible), new translations (Danish, French, and Italian), fixes for typos in German and Russian translations, more documentation, a new testpage that allows you to check the prerequisites of web-cyradm, and lots of minor bugfixes.
Support for PostgreSQL as an alternative database was added.
Internationalization support was added with gettext. A German translation was
written. Lots of small bugfixes were made.
