The new RAM-cache and HTTP compression are now enabled by default. Caching of YUI resources when using HTTPS has been improved. SNMP-probes for request timing and other internal statistics were added. Some IPv6-related fixes were made. The argument cache is now flushed on shutdown. HTTPS now supports AES 128 and 256. Lots of optimizations and bugfixes were made.

This release fixes memory garbage caused by calling the internal scheduling function (roxen.background_run()). It correctly supports FTP clients that close the command channel before the data transfer is complete. It fixes an IPv6-related problem where queries for the current configuration's IP address could return [::] (ANY) instead of [::1] (localhost). Pike has been updated to 7.8.332and MySQL to 5.0.83.

This release has moved to Pike 7.8 and has full 64-bit and poll device support. Moved to MySQL 5.0. Support for IPv6 and SNMP was added. The protocol cache can now continue to deliver stale cache entries while new results are generated in the background. The character encoding system now prefers UTF-8 to ISO-8859-1. A new patch management system was added. The database browser was overhauled. The port bindings now support IDN hostnames. Many things in RXML were improved.
