The Whiterussian branch has officially come to an
end with this release. Whiterussian will continue
to be the recommended release for production use,
but will no longer be maintained apart from
critical security patches. All development has
been moved to the Kamikaze branch.

Countless bugfixes, various security patches, improved Failsafe, faster installation (new firstboot script), a multilingual Web interface (Česky, Deutsch, Dansk, Eesti, Español, Français, Italiano, Norsk, and Polski), and ethernet switch configuration (/proc/switch).

A Web interface written in awk and ash, a watchdog for client mode and wds, public key authentication for dropbear, better busybox ash performance, a new hotplug system for systemwide event management (network, USB, PPP, etc.), a fix for a diag driver bug introduced in RC3, micro and PPTP images for special purposes, support for Linksys WRT54G3G, stability fixes for Linksys WRT54GS 1.1 and WRT54Gv2.2, security updates (OpenSSL, OpenVPN, and OpenSWAN), and various package fixes (asterisk, pptpd, etc.).
