libRSVG is a very fast SVG rendering engine
written in C. It currently support most of the SVG
1.2 specification, except the animation part.
libRSVG is used in many projects for SVG
rendering, most notably GNOME.

This release uses Cairo as its primary rendering backend. It has much improved rendering speed compared to the stable version, and better W3C specification coverage compared to the stable version.
This release corrects mistaken DPI API breakage in 2.11.0. It also improves pattern recognition in the gdkpixpuf plugin for better SVG file recognition.
This release features many improvements, including a filter,
masks, patterns, vastly improved text support, a Mozilla
plugin, a standalone viewer, and more. Numerous bugs have
also been fixed.
