Project Description

J-Lan Communicator is a small application that
facilitates communication between different
hosts on the same local area network. It does
not require a central server and uses very
little bandwidth by taking advantage of a
lightweight protocol and UDP packets.

The program now supports private chat between two peers in plain mode or encrypted mode using the blowfish block cipher. The encryption is provided in order to secure the communication on insecure LANs (such as wireless networks).
