This release fixes a problem with export's XSL stylesheet. It fixes a segfault with the new project dialog. It fixes the dist-all target for man page inclusion. It does not bother the end-user anymore with cookies expiration warnings. There are XSL enhancement to produce better HTML report. pkg-config is used to search for the GNU TLS library. The man page is no longer built on the fly. It is now located in the root package directory. Cleanup and optimization have been performed.
