Guppi is a GNOME-based plot program with integrated statistics capabilities. It is designed to be very scriptable (via Guile) and easily extensible through a plug-in architecture.

Price bar plot, text import enhancement, much faster/smaller on
startup (no debugging datasets), axis properties dialog, code
cleanups, better font handling, misc. bug fixes.
Total rewrite: scatter and line plot, beginning of bar plot,
framework in place for other plot types, printing, and
load/save in XML format; data import; Guile bindings;
statistical functions. Initial demo of embedding in Gnumeric
spreadsheet via Bonobo compound document architecture.
Still intended for developers only, but Guppi is very close to being useful.
