The Ecartis Web GUI is a simple but useful Web GUI
written in PHP for the Ecartis mailing list
software. The goal is to allow non-technical users
to administer their own mailing lists, while
leaving configuration options to be set by the
sysadmin in accordance with site policies. It has
the ability to subscribe/unsubscribe people
to/from a mailing list, and also to list the
current subscribers for a given list.
