ClearSilver is a high-performance, powerful, and language-neutral HTML template system. It enforces a separation between presentation code and application logic which makes writing, debugging, and maintaining Web pages easier. It can be used from C/C++, Python, Perl, Java, and Ruby. It runs on Windows and Unix.

This release contains an initial port to Windows using MinGW. Also included is some new networking code, making it easy to implement RPC style servers in C (useful for highly scalable hosted applications which have many special purpose servers for speed, but doesn't need the overhead and other benefits of XMLRPC/CORBA/etc).
