This release adds an install target for bin/. It has consistent naming in bin/ (conf, cmd, and helper). It cleans up up some cinit-conf scripts, the documentation directory, the scripts directory, and source installation.
This release adds a script to partially migrate Ubuntu Jaunty almost completely to cinit. It adds a script to create minimal configuration (cinit-conf.config.shell).
This release re-integrates cinit-conf, merges the READE and the cinit Web site, cleans up bin/ (executables can now be installed), and cleans up the top level directory.
