インストール・初回起動直後に、[alt]+[p]（または、メニューから[options]-altins]）でplugins ダイアログを開き、contextmenu:main プラグインだけは有効化しておこう。なにげに便利だから。あと、追加で必要なプラグインは、おおむねメッセージを通じて教えてもらえる。
英文ユーザマニュアルのざっと翻訳。
ぶっちゃけ、機械翻訳とどっこいのレベルだから、覚悟して読むこと。
誤記や誤訳の類は、さっさと直してくれたら大歓迎だ。
