I speaking just my personal feeling, not TeraTerm Project's. It is a terminal emurator, SCP function is a gift product.

おそらく送信先が「ホームディレクトリ」に固定されているので、それが不便なのだと思われます。 ファイルブラウザ実装は大変そうですが、テキストボックスでの手入力ができるようになるだけでも、 嬉しいとかあるでしょうかね。
