1.0.1

This release adds some DVB-T channels for Berlin, implements enhanced string editing with upper and lowercase, insert, overwrite, and delete, and fixes color palette handling on "big endian" systems. The "Blue Movie" channels includes the new "Premiere Erotik", and thread locking in the ring buffer is improved. It also fixes a crash when selecting the "Jump" function, missing ',' in i18n.c, a possible endless loop in shifting recordings between DVB cards, and now encodes '.' at the end of a directory name in case of VFAT=1.
